Pantheon Villas - Agios Nikitas

the stay here was perfect for holidays. the room was brand-new and clean, bed comfortable.

Wonderful experience there. Stunningly beautiful place to stay in a beautiful building with views of sea. Central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator in the room and the nice bed. Well-equipped bathroom with a bath.

We were impressed by the comfort and beauty of the resort at Pantheon Villas. The spacious villas provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The fine view of the Ionian and full sunset every night was a highlight. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to shop for breakfast food and snacks, and the private pool in the villa was a huge bonus, especially with the kids. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a great Greek Island holiday.

The complex is very nice, clean and quiet! It has great view to the sea, but it's far away from the beach - you can access it only by car. If you want to relax far away from the city, this is the perfect place! :)

The staff here is really friendly, the location is awesome with beautiful beaches close by on the west coast 🏖️. the bar area is nice too, I really liked it.

Great location with a fantastic sea view. Very friendly staff. I was given a free upgrade to the 2 bedroom villa. The villa was with fully equipped kitchen (oven, huge fridge, toaster, washing machine and etc).

You need a car to go to the beach and around the island.

Villas Pathenon has a breathtaking view to near hill and the sea. Good location, fair price, clean and well maintained, excellent staff. I will warmly recommend to other visitors and my friend and definitely we will return again. But be aware you will need a car to go to the beach or to the nearest village.

the location was perfect and the apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and had great air conditioning. the staff were incredibly helpful, even waiting up for us when our flight was delayed. We loved having access to multiple pools, including a large pool where we could swim laps. Kita, the owner, was delightful and always ready to assist us. the villas were clean and comfortable, and we even had the luxury of a small pool right outside our villa. the surrounding area had stunning beaches just a short drive away.

our stay at the western coast of Lefkada was amazing! The view from the maisonette at Pantheon Villas was breathtaking, and the modern and functional interior surpassed our expectations. The clean and well-maintained pool area was a great spot to relax and enjoy meals on the porch. a fantastic holiday experience.

wifi signal was weak

The maisonettes at Pantheon Villas are cozy and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I loved the open plan kitchenette, the spacious living room, and the private patio or balcony. It felt like a home away from home.

The only thing I didn't particularly like was the bathroom with a bathtub. It's just a personal preference, but I would have preferred a shower instead.

The fresh water pool was a hit with our kids, especially the small children's section. We enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace, where there were plenty of sun beds and umbrellas available. It was a great place to unwind and soak up the sun while enjoying stunning views of the surrounding area. We appreciated that the pool and sun terrace were exclusively for guests in our party, allowing us to enjoy our time together without feeling crowded or overwhelmed.

For dads with children, it would be great to have a designated play area for kids. My children wished there was a playground or some fun activities specifically for them.

Spectacular sunsets, quiet facilities, spacious villas, big pools, amazing beaches. The view was breathtaking, apartments were beautiful and clean, lovely pool. Good location near beaches and downtown. Villas and pool were excellent, staff accommodating and friendly.
